Hmm... Guitar Hero World Tour on PS3 + Friend with Guitar Hero World Tour on PS3 = many joys playing each other at Guitar Hero World Tour, right? WRONG!

So on Guitar Hero 3, you have no way to access your friends, which is pretty retarded - you have to create a game whilst on the phone to your friend and be like "OKAY NOW" so they hit refresh and try and join before some randomer does - pure shit right? Right. Anyway, me and Adam managed to orchestrate a few of these "okay, NOW!" games but every time the person trying to connect would get the "Failed to connect to game" message... I google it, and plenty of people are having the same problem. This game has been out a YEAR though - why hasn't it been fixed?

Well... Guitar Hero World Tour has been released so I guess we'll just go and buy that...

Adam rings me like "dude I just got home and I bought Guitar Hero World Tour - wanna play?" and I'm like "I only got home 15 minutes ago... so... yes I do... seeing how I'm already on it playing career..." so I see him sign in on the Playstation Network  and I get an invite from him, I go to the playstation menu and see this invite - it's like... a message saying "come play guitar hero" which is kinda weird as it's not like a proper invite and there's no JOIN option. How odd... so I go to ONLINE and go to invites through the guitar hero menu, and there's my invite from Adam - kind of messy but I guess HEY, at least it works unlike Guitar Hero 3.

Well... this is a lie. I clicked on JOIN and it was like "Session no longer available" when I knew full well it was because I was on the phone to Adam at the time! I tried creating a game and inviting him, he got the same problem. Why is it so retarded? WHY!?

So I went and played some randomers at it for about 3 battles, until I realised what bullshit that is - if you play on Easy, you are unbeatable because you simply won't miss a note. Playing on expert however, you'll go down after one attack that hides the notes or whatever, so there's no point playing other than on Easy. So that's shit...

Meh... I'll buy the drums,  that will save it! Oh wait wait wait. YOU CAN'T! What the fuck are they playing at!? I want the Guitar Hero drums... this is all - but the only way I can get them is to buy ANOTHER copy of the game, ANOTHER guitar, and a microphone. I JUST WANT TO PLAY WITH THE FRIGGIN DRUMS!

So together, 4 games bought, £160 spent... and we STILL can't even play each other at Guitar Hero. Activision - FUCK YOU. I'm off to get Rockband 2 along with the Guitar Hero drums off eBay...
